- Refund Eligibility
●Products must be in unused condition and include original packaging and all accessories.
●Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
●The following are not eligible for refunds: Used products.
○Damage caused by improper use or installation.

c. Product photos (if applicable) - The customer service team will review your application and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Return and Refund Processing
●Return address: We will provide a detailed address after the return is approved.
●Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to us sending the wrong item or the product is defective.
●Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product and process a refund within 7 business days.
●Refunds will be refunded to the account you paid from, and the specific arrival time depends on your payment provider. - Exchange Policy
